1) Familiarization Package
- Open conversation by telephone and/or e-mail to offer you the opportunity to express all your needs and expectations and ask all your questions. We will answer all your questions and upon request, we will produce for you a written report detailing all the points of interest that are important to you
- Basic tour of Querétaro, Mexico, highlighting special points of interest of the city as well as those selected by the client: such as visits to preferred neighborhoods, types of housing, locations of schools, gyms, clubs, restaurants, shopping centers, markets, hospitals and professional services
2) Home Search Package
- A personalized home search to the criteria and specifications of the client.
- Assistance with realtors, negotiation of contracts, home inspection, inventory and move in
- Assistance with basic utilities and services
3) Getting Settled Package
- Assistance with a thorough school search, visits, registration, admissions, uniforms, book and supply purchases etc, according the needs of the client. (where needed)
- Assistance opening Banking accounts
- Assistance renting or purchasing vehicle
- Assistance connecting home telephone service
- Assistance subscribing for cellular service
- Assistance subscribing for internet, cable, alarm service
- Assistance obtaining home maintenance personnel (maids, childcare,gardeners,electricians, plumbers, drivers etc.)
- Assistance selecting veterinarian and pet grooming and training specialists
- Assistance in finding recreational facilities and hobbies: fishing, golfing,racing, skating, paintball, swimming, art, music, home décor

Once established in Queretaro, our representatives will loan you, for a small monthly charge, the use of a GPS system preloaded with all your personal points of interest , for up to one month (based on availability at the time).

- Termination of utility, lease, rental contracts and return of deposits.
- Closing files with Doctors and Specialists, and accounts with banking institutions.
- Assist you to organizing, packing, shipping or selling of your furniture and belongings.
- Last minute shopping and tours.
